MEET THE GRAFF SANDERS ORTHO TEAM

ORTHODONTIST

Dr. Graff grew up in St. George, UT, and he’s loved living in Farmington and becoming an integrated part of the community. His greatest love is family, and he spend as much time with them as he can. His beautiful wife is Kristy, and together they have a son named Shandon, and four daughters named Jacei, Kennedy, Sydney, and Madison. They love spending time outdoors, and Dr. Graff especially enjoys hunting, fly-fishing, camping, and hiking. In addition, he am a sports enthusiast, watching most sports and following sports statistics.

He also has a deep religious conviction and spends a great deal of free time serving and participating in Church callings. He teach lessons, plan and participate in service projects, and make weekly visits to those who are in need of an uplifting visit or help with a project.

ORTHODONTIST

Dr. Brian Sanders grew up in Pocatello, Idaho, where he graduated high school.  He then attended Utah State University where he graduated with honors and received a degree in accounting.  He then attended dental school in Las Vegas, NV at UNLV where he graduated cum laude.  During dental school, Dr. Sanders grew to love the life transformation that Orthodontists provide.  Dr. Sanders completed his specialty training in Atlanta, Georgia at the Georgia School of Orthodontics. Dr. Sanders has been trained on the most up to date technologies and treatments.  We are excited he will be offering those new technologies and treatment options to our patients including Invisalign. 

OFFICE MANAGER

Lucy has lived in the Aztec/Farmington area since 1980.  After graduating from Aztec High School in 1996, she began working as a pediatric dental assistant where she had an appreciation working with children and teens.  After working there for 4 years, she went to work for a general practice, as a Dental Assistant for 15 years, before coming to Graff Orthodontics in the spring of 2015.

Growing up in a Spanish speaking family, Lucy understands the difficulties and frustrations with language barriers, especially for parents.  Lucy loves being able to translate in Spanish/English so patients and families have a full understanding of their future treatment.

Family is Lucy’s foundation, she enjoys being with friends and family as much as possible. Also being active outdoors with her husband, son and dog Bailey! 

CLINICAL MANAGER

Celia has been working as an assistant for Dr Graff since 2013 and has truly enjoyed the opportunity to work with such a great practice. “The most rewarding aspect of what I do is the end result.” Celia loves seeing our patients super happy about their new smile as they go through such a dramatic “life-changing” experience. She also appreciate being a communication bridge with our Hispanic patients.

INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Annette has 30 years of experience in varying aspects of customer service. She has acquired a deep and throrough understanding within the world of insurance and has become a very important Team Member, assisting our Patients with all of their insurance needs. She understands that getting Orthodontic treatment is a substantial investment and an important commitment that when done properly, will last a life time. She is an advocate for promoting individualized Orthodontic care. Annette is always available and willing to help in any capacity and she works hard to help each patient achieve the level of treatment and personal care they need.

Treatment Coordinator

Megan has worked for Dr. Graff for close to three years. She has enjoyed every bit of it. After graduating from PVHS in 2014, she has always dreamt of working in the dental field. Her favorite thing about working here is getting to see all of the smiling faces. She worked as an orthodontic assistant first and now she is scheduling coordinator up at the front. She loves all aspects of both those positions. She loves to learn new things and maturing in the practice. Her favorite hobbies are going fishing with her amazing husband on the weekends and putting on their dancing boots for a fun night out. 

TREATMENT COORDINATOR

I started here in September of 2018 and I absolutely love it. I grew up in Durango, CO and moved to Farmington when I turned 18. After I graduated from Durango High School, I lived in Hawaii for 10 years and was a wedding planner. I’ve wanted to work in the dental field my whole life! I love to go fishing/ hunting/ camping with my two boys. I also do Zumba in my free-time. I love seeing a smile that can make someone’s day!

LEAD SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

I am from Fort Collins Colorado, but I have made Farmington New Mexico my home for the last 22 years. I have a son, daughter and husband that I love to spend my time with . We enjoy riding our atv's, going swimming and any random weekend adventure. 

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT

I have been with Graff Ortho since March 2021. I absolutely love being a part of this team and helping people fall in love with their smiles everyday. I knew I wanted to work in the dental field since I was little. Graff Ortho helped me so much when I had my braces and I wanted to be able to do the same. I have lived Aztec and Farmington my whole life. I enjoy camping, swimming, and spending time with friends and family. I also have two amazing dogs that are like my children

SENIOR ORTHO TECHNICIAN

I am a busy mom/step mom of 5 wonderful kiddos. I started work at Graff Orthodontics in July of 2017 as a scheduling coordinator and was soon working in the back as an ortho assistant. I moved with my family to Texas in October of 2018 but am back happy to be working with my Graff family again. Working at Graff Orthodontics is such a rewarding job. Watching the transformation that happens not only in ones smile, but in their confidence is truly amazing!

SENIOR ORTHO TECHNICIAN

Hello, I am Cheree. I am a mom/step mom of two spunky kiddos who always keep me on my toes!  I have been at Graff Sanders Orthodontics since June 2019 and I have loved every minute of it! Working here and getting to be a part of transforming smiles every day is something I never dreamed of doing but now I cannot see myself doing anything else. I have made so many new friends over the past 4 years of being an Ortho Assistant and it really is the biggest blessing.  I love making connections and building friendships with our patients, some even continuing on after the patient is no longer in braces!! Being able to be a part of transforming smiles from start to finish is just as amazing as it is satisfying.

My name is Teri Nelson, I’ve been working in the dental field for over 10 years, and have been practicing orthodontics for over 4 years. I enjoy working on patients and seeing the end result.  Hi. My name is Gabrielle but I go by Gabby. I was born in Farmington, NM but raised in Tempe, Az. I have been with Graff Sanders Orthodontics since June 2022. I started out as the Records Tech but now I am an Orthodontic Assistant. I absolutely love helping others build their confidence & creating beautiful smiles through orthodontics! 

My Hobbies Include: Exploring (long drives around the 4 corners), Drawing/Painting, and spending time with family 

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT

Some of my hobbies include painting, drawing, and all things art related. I love beauty like hair, nails, and makeup. Being active is important, I dance and do gymnastics. I have previously had braces, now I love my smile!. I am eager to help others in achieving their perfect smile!

RECORDS TECHNICIAN

Hi I'm Bryanna (I go by Bree) and I have lived in Farmington my entire life. I am the Records Tech at Graff Sanders Orthodontics where my primary role is to take new patient photos and xrays. What I enjoy most about my job is getting to meet new people all day. Also, this job has helped me come out of my shell and be more comfortable talking to people. I spend my free time hanging out with my friends and doing new things. 

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Hi my name is Chelsea! I have been a Scheduling Coordinator since March of 2022 where my primary responsibilities are answering phones and scheduling appointments.  I am from Farmington and I am married to my best friend Jared and we have 3 beautiful boys who keep our days a Blast!! I enjoy spending time with all my family and having new adventures. I love Disney and try to make every day a Disney day. I have been very interested in teeth my whole life. I love putting a smile on someone's face and knowing I had a part in their treatment. 

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT

Hi, my name is Shasta. I was born in Farmington, New Mexico and raised on a farm in Bloomfield. I am an Orthodontic Assistant at Graff and Sanders and started October of 2023. I graduated from Bloomfield high school and was unsure on what I wanted to do until I found Graff and Sanders. I’m so thankful for a wonderful work environment. I have loved every second of learning and getting to see everyone’s smiling faces daily. I am the youngest (favorite) out of 6 kids so family means everything to me, especially being an aunt. I enjoy hunting, fishing, and camping with family!

FINANCIAL COORDINATOR

I have been in Farmington NM for about 30 years, I am the Financial Coordinator at Graff Sanders Orthodontics, I appreciate the opportunity  it gives me to meet and communicate with a variety of wonderful people every day. It is great to be part of this unique office and work with such talented and caring people. In my free time I love to spend time with my family, we enjoy taking day trips to nearby attractions and having game nights with friends and extended family members. 

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

My name is Anna and I have been a Scheduling Coordinator since August of 2020. On my down time I enjoy spending time with my family and I love to watch Yellowstone! Fun fact, I am the only girl out of 6 children! I love working for Dr. Graff and Dr. Sanders! BUT I absolutely LOVE Dr. Sanders homemade cinnamon rolls! I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and daughter!  

STERILE / LAB TECHNICIAN

Hi my name is Cristal and I am the Sterile/Lab Technician at Graff Sanders Orthodontics. I am responsible to ensure that all the instruments we use in our office are sterile and safe for patients use and I also fabricate and deliver retainers. I was born and raised in Farmington and graduated from Farmington High School and attended San Juan College. I am family oriented and determined, strong-willed and hard working. I am bilingual speaking both English and Spanish fluently. I love my job and the people I work with are so nice. I am looking forward to working here for many years to come. 

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT

Hi, my name is Alex. I grew up In Yuma Arizona and moved back to Farmington to be with my family in 2019. I am an Orthodontic Assistant and have been with Graff Sanders Ortho since April 2023. The team here feels like family and seeing the smiles our work helps to bring others is truly rewarding! I enjoy spending time outdoors, taking trips to new places, and spending time with my friends and family. I also have 3 cats who I consider to be my children.

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Hi! My name is Juana. I was born and raised in the Four Corners Area, lived in Farmington for my whole remembrance. I graduated from Farmington High School in 2015, then attended San Juan College for a brief period before becoming a Polysomnographic technician. I made the jump to Orthodontics to continue being a part in helping in caring for others, which I’ve loved doing through my working years. In my down time I enjoy reading, spending time and embarking on escapades with my family, friends or pets.
